Daylight Savings Time

Spring Forward, Fall Back[1]. This little expression helps us remember that we have to set our clocks ahead (forward) one hour in Spring, and back one hour in Fall for daylight savings time. In Spring, the day we turn the clocks ahead, we lose an hour of sleep, but the sun stays out later. On the other hand, on the day we put the clocks back in Fall (this weekend to be exact), we gain an hour of sleep, but the sun goes down earlier.

Does the lack of daylight get you depressed? Or do you take advantage of being indoors to do other activities? How do you cope with less daylight hours?
