Superlative Adverbs

Superlative adverbs follow the same rules as superlative adjectives. We use superlative adverbs to compare the actions of three or more units, whether they are people, objects or places. To form the superlative...
a)      add the suffix -est at the end of adjectives with one syllable, or
b)      add the word most before adverbs with two syllables or more.
Always use the before superlative adverbs:

For example:
a)      fast >> the fastest, high >> the highest
b)      quick/ly >> the most quickly, care/ful/ly >> the most carefully

Of course, there are some irregular superlative adverbs.
good >> the best, bad >> the worst, little >> the least, early >> the earliest

Examples:
I run the fastest / the most quickly in my team.
My mother drives the most carefully in my family.
I wake up the earliest in my house.
I play football the worst in my class.
