February 2nd: Ground Hog’s Day

On the February 2nd, halfway[1] between the winter solstice and the vernal equinox, a groundhog[2], called Punxsutawney Phil, emerges from his burrow[3], in the town of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. If the sky is cloudy, Phil won’t see his shadow and spring will come six weeks earlier. If the sky is sunny, Phil will see his shadow, get scared and hide inside his burrow, so winter will last[4] six more weeks. Last year, Punxsutawney Phil predicted an early spring!

And what's about this year? What did Phil predict? Do you know it?
